<p>职位一:</p><p><font face="Verdana"><font face="Verdana">Job Title:</font> Sr. Technical Training Instructor </font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Location : Shanghai <br/></p></font>
<p><font face="Verdana">Requirements:<br/>- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience, and Master degree is a plus<br/>- A minimum of 4 years experience with RDBMS, UNIX, Business Intelligence, n-tie application development, or web development.<br/>- Substantial teaching experience with strong communication and presentation skills<br/>- Experience in Sybase products such as ASE, IQ, iAS strongly preferred.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Responsibilities:<br/>- Prepares and presents technical training courses, which include most technical offerings to Sybase clients. Proficient with Sybase tools and/or applications and well versed in relational database design and production usage, Business Intelligence, application development techniques, or web development techniques. Takes additional courses to increase technical knowledge, and applies knowledge to a variety of standard day to day activities; <br/>- Interacts with various management levels and professionals of customers. Interprets client needs and works to meet those needs. Responds to a range of technical questions from clients. <br/>- Understands the key business practices relating to own area; uses this knowledge to focus and improve own work. Acts as resource for Sybase Education projects, and participates in consulting engagements as junior team member.<br/></font></p>

<p><font face="Verdana">Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer <br/>Location: Shanghai</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Requirements:<br/>- A minimum of Bachelor Degree, preferable in Computer Science or related field, with minimum 6years of relevant IT industry experience<br/>- Experience in software problem determination, analysis, and resolution techniques applicable to at least one of the mainframe, Unix, PC and/or LAN/WAN <br/>- Good knowledge of relational database, Experience in DBA or application development preferred<br/>- Good knowledge of application development language such as C, C++ or Java etc<br/>- Experience in Sybase ASE/RS preferred<br/>- Familiar with UNIX, NT and networking <br/>- Familiar with Data Warehouse for BI, Experience in Sybase IQ preferred<br/>- Good inter-personal communication skills and fluent in English communication<br/>Responsibilities:<br/>- Provides professional, courteous, and prompt first and second level technical support for assigned Sybase products. This includes problem isolation, prioritization, analysis, reproduction, and resolution.</font></p>
